Holly Withdraws Center Application COURT HOUSE — Holly Associates last week withdrew its application for a septic permit to serve a proposed shopping center and 140-seat restaurant on Magnolia Avenue adjacent to a 120-bed nursing home under construction Holly, which sold the land for the Court House Convalescent Center, consists of attorney Frederick W Schmidt Jr. and Realtors Thomas Repici. William Tozour and David Kerr, all of Avalon Real Estate Schmidt declined comment on Holly Associates' future plans for the 5.5-acre site
