Rotarians Seek Youth Leaders COURT HOUSE - The Mid Jersey Cape Rotary Club is searching for candidates to attend its District Youth Leaders Conference at Stockton State College June 23 through 28 Dr Jeffrey W Vecere, local committee chairman, itfid that participants will be selected from young men and young women who have exhibited leadership abilities and will entering their senior year of high school in the fall. South Korea Bowers, a communications equipment technician with the 4th Combat Information Systems Squadron, was previously assigned at Langley Air Force Base. Va The sergeant is a 1968 graduate of Middle Tow nship High School Knoll Given AF Medal Tech Sgt Joseph F Knoll, stepson of Robert J. Beam and son of Joseph Knoll Sr. of North Cape May. has been decorated with the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal at Rhein Main Air Base. West Germany. Knoll is a plumbing technician with the 435th Civil Engineering Squadron He is a 1973 graduate of Middle Township High School.
