Bill Seeks Safeguards TRENTON - Assemblyman Guy F Mu ziani, R Cape May, Cumberland, has introduc ed legislation requiring a second physician be present. other than the attending physician who is per forming a pregnancy termination procedune. when the attending physician has determined, using standard medical technique, the unborn child to be 24 weeks of age or older.
