Court house-Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital attorney Carl Valore is asking Superior Court to set aside Judge Marvin Rimm;s Jan 24 decision that the hospital had no reason to suspend privileges of Dr. Suketu Nanavati. Valore argues that the judge failed to consider the cardiologist's alleged disruptive conduct. Valore has asked for a new trial in the case:a hearing on his motion is expected this month.
