CAPE MAY — In a battle of first place teams, Woody's Corner and Lighting Dimensions split their four games in coed power volleyball, with Woody's taking the first two games 15-13 and 15-12 while Lighting Dimensions took the last two 15-7 and 16-14. Woody's was led in the first victory by Betty Harshaw's flawless sets to Andy Butler and Wendy Bruno's pinpoint serves. In the second victory, Woody's was led by the hustle of Bud Eckel and the setting of Judy Maxlowe to Jim Papale. Lighting Dimensions came back in the third game behind some spikes by Mr. Volleyball himself, Rick Ferrante. who was set up by Pat Komar and Loraine Holt. Lighting Dimensions took a very close fourth game in large part to diving digs by Ted Ferrante and the setting of Bill Holt and Jan Seer to Ferrante for some convincing spikes.

J.T. BUILDERS split in four games against the Washington St. Gallery. The first game featured the outstanding sets of Felicia Miller to spikers Mike Moore and Don Shifferdecker as the Gallery defeated J.T. Builders 14-6. The Builders prevailed in the second game 15-11 as they were led by the bumps of Tami Thomas and counter spikes from Mark Mattauicci. J.T. Builders won the third game 15-12, led by the play of Ken Gaskill and the hustle of John and Linda Thomas. Miller of Washington Street Gallery played an outstanding game with her setting and her serves. The Gallery came back to win the final game 15-8 behind the consistant serving of Marlene Mediuch and Joe Halasz. Rio Grande Keeps Win Streak Going

CAPE MAY - Rio Grande Building Materials remained undefeated and in first place with a fourgame sweep of Pete's Racquet Club by scores of 15-6, 15-11, 15-1 and 15-11 in coed recreation volleyball. Donna Troiano led Rio Grande in the first game Nice bumps and saves by Joan Bowman led Rio Grande in the second game despite some good net coverage by Mike John of the Racquet Club The serves of Bud Bowman and the play of Marty Franco led Rio Grande to an easy win in the third game. Cape May Mobile Estates remained in second place after splitting its four games against the Ugly Mug. Mobile Estates took an early lead in game one and hung on to win the first game 15-12, then won the second game 15-13 behind the bumps of Brian McEwing and good net coverage by Linda Douglas. THE UGLY MUG took its revenge in the third game with a 15-11 win behind the serves of Don Swan and court coverage by Claire

Collins. The Ugly Mug also took the last game, 15-6, with excellent team-work and nice saves by Scott Dink. Kona Realty stayed in a tie for second place by taking three of four games over the Bijou Brats. Bijou won the second game 15-11 while Kona took the other three by scores of 16-14, 15-6 and 15-8. KONA TOOK a very close first game despite excellent serves by Craig Mercile and hits by Roxannc Krivitski for Bijou Kona took an early lead in game two with nice saves by, Gary Franco and Joanne DeCosta but Bijou came on strong and won the game with excellent bumps by Joe Fowler and Steve Kormar. Good hustle by Sherri Layton and Vicki Shaw led Kona in the third, game. The great serves of Joanne Decosta led Kona to the win in the final game of the evening.
