The Commission's Plan Review Subcommittee has held hearings and meetings on proposed changes to the plan for more than a year The subcommittee is expected to recommend formal changes to the full 15-member commission by the summer of 1985 Any suggested changes to the Comprehensive Management Plan will then be proposed as regulations The proposed regulations will be reviewed again by the public and must be approved by the commission, the governor, and the secretary of the interior
