K'garten Signups STONE HARBOR - Kindergarten registration for the Stone Harbor and Avalon children will be 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the Stone Harbor Elementary School, 93rd and Third Avenues. Parents are encouraged not to bring their children to this meeting. A Kindergarten visitation period for both parent and child will be scheduled during the week of May 20-24. Parents are also encouraged to pick up registration forms prior to registration to help speed the registration process. REQUIREMENTS for registration are as follows: A child must have reached or will reach his/her fifth birthday by Oct. 1. Parents must display proof of age with birth certificate or baptismal certificate. Parents must present proof, signed by a physician, of immunizations for diphtheria, polio, measles (rubeola), rubella (German measles), and mumps. Pre-registration forms are available at Stone Harbor and Avalon Elementary Schools.

State Offers Help In Hiring Disabled

RIO GRANDE - Consultation services on hiring the handicapped or disabled are offered to Cape May County employers by the state Department of Labor's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services at the county Social Services complex here. $ Million Finalists ATLANTIC CITY - Three Cape May County residents are among the finalists in the $1 million grand prize drawing of the recently completed "Jersey Genie" instant lottery, to be held 12: 15 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Harrah's Marina Hotel and Casino here. The local finalists are: Remberto Arroyo, Ocean City; John Long, Villas, and Michael Maro, Avalon. In addition to the grand prize, the finalists will compete for an additional $225,000 in smaller prizes, including one of $50,000 in cash. Higman New CG Graduate VILLAS — Coast Guard Fireman Apprentice Daniel J. Higman, son of Richard and Eileen Higman of 614 E. Jacksonville Ave., was graduated from Coast Guard recruit training. Higman attended the eight-week training at. the Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May.

Troubled employe programs, counseling, referral services, assistive devices, retraining, etc. WORKERS' compensation assistance, retraining, placement, etc. Placement services to qualified, screened applicants, matching the right worker to the right job.
