Fair Set At S. J. Christian
ERMA — Parents, family, friends and the general public are invited to attend South Jersey Christian Academy's Fifth Annual Science Fair 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the school. Second grade teacher Robin Hughes is fair coordinator. Each of the school's students will do a science project for the fair, and these projects will be exhibited in each classroom the evening of the fair. EACH GRADE level from kindergarten and up has been assigned a specific scientific category from which students at that level must select a project : the senses; the plant kingdom; the animal kingdom; the universe; oceanography; electricity; geology ; and weather. Funds Urged TRENTON - Assemblyman Guy F. Muziani supports a budget resolution to restore $300,000 to fund small business development centers. Among the centers to be funded is a new South Jersey center in Atlantic County with related consulting services in Cumberland County. These centers provide free services to small business owners and are i aimed at keeping these businesses viable and operating, with special consideration for new start up businesses and other new businesses that are struggling, Muziani said. Projects will be on exhibit in the school classrooms. The school is housed in the Tabernacle Church complex on Road here. South Jersey Christian Academy is a K-8 Christian day school, governed by its interdenominational school board. Registration September admission at all grade levels are now accepted.
