Coloring Contest

CONTEST RULES 1. This contest is open to adults as well as our talented children. There are 3 age groups: 6 to 8yrs; 9 to 12 yrs. and 13 to 100! 2. All entries must be received no later than May 3rd 1985 3. Paints, watercolors or crayons may be used 4. The decisions of the judges will be final. SAVINGS BONDS FOR THE 1ST PLACE WINNERS IN ALL 3 AGE GROUPS!
