NORTH WILDWOOD - An invitation has been extended to all friends, workers, and supporters of the North Wildwood 1985 GOP ticket to an "Appreciation Night" by Albert "Bud" Tarbotton. Tarbotton, the campaign manager for the local ticket, said the event will rbe held at the North Wildwood Community ' Center 7 : 30 tonight . Admission is free. Order of business for the evening will be music, refreshments and a brief introduction of the candidates, including Lewis G. Vinci, mayor; Ralph Johnson, councilman-at-large; Lewis Ostrander, first ward councilman, and Aldo Palombo and John Janoski, second ward councilmen. NORTH WILDWOOD - The appointment of Albert "Bud" Tarbotton as the local GOP campaign manager for 1985 was made by Mayor Lewis G. Vinci at a meeting of over 100 workers. Tarbotton introduced a full slate of Republican candidates which included Vinci for mayor, Ralph Johnson for councilman-at-large, Lewis Ostrander, first ward councilman, and John Janoski and Aldo Palombo, both second ward councilmen. Candidates for office alos included GOP commit-
teemen and committeewomen in their respective districts. Representing f the first ward, first district, > were C. Charles Columbo and Janet Harkins; first / ward, second district, David MacDonald and l Clara Mattera; first ward, I third district, Jack Kirwin 1 and Denise Bell and first i ward, fourth district, r David and Ruth Blaker. In the second wart£ first district, were George i Yencsik and Rhoda Piccirilli; second ward, second district, Raymond Sweeney and Anna Accardi; second ward, third i district, were Edward and Mary Tomkins and in the second ward, fourth district, were Louis DiLodivico and Lenora Martino. Also recognized at the meeting were Jack Nettleton, campaign treasurer; Councilmen James McGoldrick, Robert McCulIion and Anthony Visalli as coordinators for all candidates, and local resident and GOP State Committeewoman Helene Mace. Candidates' Night Set WILDWOOD CREST - The Wildwood Crest Republican Club will sponsor* Candidates' Night 7:30 p p.m. tomorrow at the i Nesbitt Center, Rambler ^ Road and the Beach, WildI wood Crest. All six candidates running I in the May 14th local elec1 tion will be in attendance. Each will be given an opportunity for an opening statement, followed by a question and answer period from the audience, then a closing statement. 0 ' Memories, ' On May 18 MARMORA - "Memories," a Gay 90s review, will be presented by the Senior Choir of Trinity United Methodist Church 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Trinity Hall here. Gowns and authentic dress for the era were designed by Miss Carmen LI opes. Miss Jo Ann Cherry - is chairperson. Tickets may be purchased from choir members or at the door. Refreshments will follow the performance.
