Apex Wins Crown VILLAS — The Apex Realty squad captured the championship of the Lower Township Men's BasketI ball League recently by I beating Westside Market, I 86-77, in the final playoff I game. Golden Flyer, went to Cohansey and tied 2-2. Joey Mader shot in the first score while the second was placed off a penalty shot by Kenny Kirsch. Ryan Magill's offensive plays and Mike Lindhares in defense, aided Goalie Jeff Robinson in keeping the score even.
City Tennis Clinic Set
CAPE MAY - The city will offer a tennis clinic as part of its summer recreation schedule. It will be a 10 week course that will start June 24, and will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. -noon. The first hour will consist of instruction for ages 7-11
and the second hour will be for ages 12 and older with instruction being provided by Charles Wise Sr. Further information can be obtained by calling Joseph Tracy at the Department of Civic Af fairs at 884-8411, ext. 20 or 27.
