Sevin Spraying Begins T*oday

Between May 1-31, a Piper Pawnee PA-25 aircraft will be spraying the pesticide Sevin (Carbayl) to combat gypsy moths over the county's mainland communities. Candidates ' Forum Set AVALON - A "Candidates' Night" for borough office seekers will be held 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, in the Avalon Community Hall, 3Qth and Avalon Avenue. It is sponsored by the borough chamber of commerce, the Home and Land Owners Association, and the Women's Civic Club. Candidates in the election May 14 for three seats under the mayor and council government are: Councilwoman Jeannette Glazier, the lone incumbent seeking reelection; Charles A. Krout, John Brotherton, Walter Murphy, Charles Curtis, Joseph DelVescio, and Daniel W. Hildreth HI. The public is invited to submit written questions to specific candidates. The Rev. Robert W.
