Brandi Ratigan, a student at Our Lady Star of the Sea School, Cape May, was second runner-up in dancing with her novelty tap dance. Both are members of the Mini Company performing troupe of the Joanne Reagan Dance Studios.

Tour Highlights include the historic Physick Estate, two Victorian Hotels — the Chalfonte (the oldest) and the Colonial (the newest), picturesque Columbia Avenue, busy Ocean Street, and tree-lined Hughes Street, the oldest residential street in the city. The East End tour will depart on the following schedule: Saturdays, 10:30 a.m., 12 noon, and l :45 p.m. ; Sundays, 10:30 a.m. and noon; Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. and noon. The^Historic West End Totfr Highlights include Congress Hall, the Huntington House, the famous Pink House, quaint Congress Place, unique Perry Street, and the aligned porches of Decatur Street. n»e Historic West End Tour will depart on the following schedule: Saturdays, 11:15 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. ; Sundays, 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.; Wednesdays. 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. WALKING TOURS of the National Landmark District run at 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. They begin at the Information Booth at the # head of the Washington
Street Mall (at Ocean Street). These tours are especially designed to present history close-up and in detail. Guides lead visitors on a comfortable stroll down many of the historic streets. Tours of the Emlen Physick Estate, a Stick Style mansion at 1048 Washington St., which was designed by the famous Philadelphia architect, Frank Furness, and built in 1881. It contains a meticulously restored Victorian House Museum. These tours run on the following schedule: Saturdays, every 45 minutes 10:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.; Sundays, every 45 minutes 10:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.; Tuesdays, every 45 minutes 10:30 a.m.-12:45p.m.; and Thursdays, every 45 minutes 10:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. As a service for senior citizens and others needing transportation, a trolley shuttle on Tuesdays ancL' Thursdays runs round trips between Ocean Street (opposite the Washington Street Mall) and the Physick Estate. Uiis shuttle service is free of charge to persons purchasing Physick Estate Tour Tickets, and runs on the following schedule: Tuesdays, 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; Thursdays, 10:15 , a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:45a.m. j
