Old Tower Clock To Be Dedicated

(JAPE MAY -Sunday at 12:15 p.m. following morning/worship the First Uiyted Methodist Church hdre will dedicate the newly installed tower clock. r

In 1857 the town fathers had installed a town clock in the tower of the Methodist Church. Recently the church restored this landmark. The entire community is -invited to participate in the dedication. Also being dedicated will be a flag standard to the memory of Marine Cpl. David Finch. Franklin Motfre, the Church's

trustee president, will serve as master of ceremonies. Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. Worship begins at 11 a.m. with a nursery for small children. Tuesdays at 10 a.m. Bible Study is held in Lyle Hall. Tuesday evenings at 7:30 the church is studying the social principles of the—United Methodist Churchy ^ • 1 •

St. Mary's ECW Elect STONE HARBOR - The Episcopal Church Women of St. Mary's Church here have elected officers, with Mary Basford as new president. Other ECW officers are: Addie Young, vice president; Peg Johnston, treasurer; Larry Feise, secretary, and Ruth Fisher, corresponding secretary. The Holy Eucharist is celebrated 8 and 10 a.m. Sundays at St. Mary's. Church school for children in nursery through middle school is 9:45 a.m. Sunday. A midweek celebration of the Holy Eucharist is held 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

'The Winds Of Power'

CAPE MAY - "The Winds of Power" will be the sermon topic of the Rev. Cass Shaw, pastor, at the Pentecost Sunday service of the First Presbyterian Church, Hughes and Decatur> Streets.

About 'God's Judgment'

I NORTH WILDWOOD - Dr. Alvin L. Baker will expound Romans 2:1-11 in his message, the "Basis of God's Judgment", 10:45 a.m. Sunday at Central Bible Church. At 7 p.m. Dr. Baker's message is "Judgment on Ahab". This sermon is based on I Kings 21:17-29. At 9:30 a.m. there are Sunday School classes for all ages. Elder George Forbes teaches the adudt Sunday School class. At 10:45 a.m. there is Junior Church. A nursery is proI vided for all services. Bible Church Hosts 'Tour' RIO GRANDE -The Rio Grande Bible Church and the Green Creek Community Church extend an invitation to the community to attend the showing of "A Pictorial Tour of Williamsburg and Jamestowr.". The multimedia presentation explores this country's geographic, political and Christian beginnings. The presentation by Rev. Joseph Muggleworth of the Green Creek Community Church begins at 7 p.m. . Sunday, and is hosted by the Rio Grande Bible Church at 206 Delsea Dr. 'Holy Spirit — Teacher' COURT HOUSE - "The Holy Spirit-The Teacher", taken from Jn. 14:25-27 will be the title of Pastor Jerry Heslinga's sermon 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church, 101 S. Main St. Children ages 4- 3rd grade may leave for Junior Church, a time of fellowship crafts and Bible Stories. Sunday School classes for all ages begin at 10:45. Evening service begins at 7.
