Lower Chamber Plans Big Cleanup

VILLAS - Stewart Millard. president of the Low er Township Chamber of Commerce. announces that the organization's "Clean-up Week" is set to begin June 2. Boy Scouts. Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts will begin on the beach along Delaware Bay from the Cape MayLewes Ferry heading north June 2. The county will send its Community Service Workers to clean-up Mulligan Field, St. John of God Athletic Field! BayshoreHoffman and canal front, the Ferry Boat entrance to the township and all township school areas. These people will be busy June 2 and 3 and 9 and 10. APPROXIMATELY 130 youth from the Lower Township's Consolidated School will work to clean up the beach from the Villas working their way south on the bay. This project is being sponsored by the township chamber to make the township
