■ Hospital I Volunteer Seminar SOMERS POINT - High school students 14 to 18 who are interested in volunteer work or pursuing careers in medicine or related fields are invited to attend a junior volunteer seminar Thursday, June 13, at Shore Memorial Hospital. Those accepted as volunteers will work at vairous jobs throughout the hospital. Applications for volunteer work will be taken at the seminar, which will be held at 6 p.m. at the hospital's new dining room. Job descriptions, policies and hospital procedures will be discussed and Fran Jerome, R.N. B.A. of Shore Memorial's i staff development and education office, will demonstrate patient care procedures. Reservations are necessary for the seminar. To register or for questions call the volunteer office at 653-3543. Dividends TOMS RIVER - Statewide Bancorp, the parent corporation of The First National Bank of Toms River, has declared a cash dividend to shareholders of Statewide Bancorp common stock in the amount of 30 cents per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record June 20. This payment represents the regular quarterly dividend for the second quarter 1985. Also declared was the payment of a cash dividend to share holders of statewide Bancorp $2.20 Cumulative Convertible Preferred - Series A stock in the amount of 55 cents per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record on June 20.

I OUTSTANDING — Wildwood High School senior Warren Muller, 18, of Wildwood Crest, and his woodworking teacher. Herbert (Chuck) Frederick, with Muller's desk which won "Outstanding" in the South Jersey Student Craft Fair at Deptford Mall. Frederick, whose students also won two first-place awards and one third, was selected Outstanding Teacher for the second consecutive year. Student work will be displayed at the Cape May County Savings & Loan in Wildwood June 7-14.
