2 Exhibits At Center
OCEAN CITY - The Ocean City Arts Center is holding two new exhibits, "Image of a Landscape" and "Winter at the Cape", through the month of June. In the Lower Gallery is the exhibit, 'Image of a Landscape', which consists of the work of three difJa ferent artists, Kevin Cum- ' mins, Sara Fowler, and Sally Funk. All three artists use the landscape and aspects of it, as the basis ■ for their subject matter. Events Set WILDWOOD - Events for the remainder of June, including a free concert by the Wildwood String Band 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the bandshell, Montgomery Avenue and Boardwalk, have been announced by the city's Department of Tourism. Other events scheduled include: Polka Spree by the Sea. 1 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday, and noon to 10 p.m Sinday, at Convention Mailt Davis Avenue and Boardwalk J 1 PRISM. Sara Fowler, a resident i of Ocean City, has spent the past 15 years devoting her talents to drawing, watercolor, pastels, etching, and engraving. She will be exhibiting several of her works in pastels. The exhibit. "Winter at the Cape", in the Upper Gallery, consists of works by Ty Heston. The works being exhibited are primarily black and white photographs of Cape May in the winter. Next week's menu of meals served by the Cape May County Nutritional Project for the Elderly June 17: Breaded turkey cutlet, catsup, corn niblets, chopped spinach, pineapple tidbits, peanut butter cookie. June 18: Apricot nectar, pork sausage patties, hash brown potatoes, peas, applesauce June 19: Cod fish cakes, tartar sauce/catsup, green beans. Spanish rice, canned purple plums, blueberry muffin. June 20: Baked ham/raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, peas, pear, pineapple upside down cake June 21: Cheese ravioli w/tomato sauce, meat balls, mixed salad/creamy Italian dressing, canned pear halves. All meals are accompanied by bread, margarine, coffee, tea, or milk. Snacks, delivered with mobile meals to the homebound, are: June 17: Chicken pot pie, banana, peanut butter cookie, milk. June 18: American cheese sandwich on rye bread, beet salad, orange. June 19: Chicken salad sandwich, apple, milk. June 20: Sliced turkey sandwich, pear, milk. Aerobics Set As a Benefit CAPE MAY - Students from the Cape May and Wildwood classes of Jacki Sorensen in aerobic dancing will perform a benefit for Jamie Fiocca, local leukemia victim, 7:30-8:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Franklin Street Civic Center here. Classes for Sorensen 's aerobic dancing summer session are also held in Court House.
