Raymond A. Batten. Democratic candidate for the Assembly in the First District, h^s challenged the incumbent Republican opponents to meet him in a series of public debates. In letters to Assemblymen Guy Muziani of Wiidwood and Joseph W. Chinnici of Guards Set For Beaches UPPER TOWNSHIP - The three beaches of Upper Township will open for the season on Saturday. The official opening w ill be held at 10 a m at Williams Road and the beach. Strathmere.
