WILDWOOD - The schedule of events to be held in the city for the rest of June and through July has been announced by the department of tourism. Slated are the following: June 19-21 — Christine's School of Dance from Irwin, Pa., and Barbara's Dance School from Fredericktown, Pa., 7:30 p.m., Bandshell, Montgomery Avenue and Boardwalk. June 20 — Wildwood String Band. 7:30 p.m. Band shell, Montgomery Avenue and Boardwalk. June 20-22 -V.F.W. Convention; V.F.W. Parade, 3:30 to approximately 6:30 p.m. JUNE 23 — "The Summer of 85 — To Keep Them Alive" Bike-A-Thon. 8:30 a.m. June 24 — Hoagie Eating Contest. 2 p.m., Maple and Pacific Avenue, Wildwood.
