'Growing Kingdom' VILLAS - 'The Growing Kingdom Of God," based on Mark 4:26-34, is the subject of the sermon at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Bay shore Rd. It is based on the parables of Christ dealing with the Word of God as the "seed" which must be planted. Holy Communion is observed every first and third Sunday. The Sunday School meets at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday VACATION Bible School will be held July 8-19. Sessions will meet Monday through Friday. 9 a.m - noon. The theme is "In the Footsteps of Jesus." June 15. A retired electric welder for the Sun Ship Co. of Chester, Pa where he was employed for four decades, he was a local resident 15 years. Bible School In Vacation RIO GRANDE - The Rio Grande Bible Church will sponsor its annual Vacation Bible School next week. June 24-28 The closing program is set for Sunday, June 30 at 7 p.m. All the community children age 4 through the 6th grade are invited to attend. The daily sessions will be held 9:30 a.m.-noon. On Haiti, Missions RIO GRANDE - A special presentation entitled "Haiti: A Layman's View of Missions" will be made 7 p.m. Sunday at the Rio Grande Bible Church. The multimedia program will present the work of the Second Cape May Baptist Church team of layworkers who volunteered time to help build a sanctuary for their sister church in Port a Pima, Haiti.
