Heritage K'garten Graduates

NORTH CAPE MAY - Nineteen students were awarded a Master of Kinder Arts Degree June 1 1 daring Heritage Christian Academy's Kindergarten Grad uation exercises in the Fellowship Hall of ( 'ovenant Bible Church ■ George Meadows, ad minislrutor of the school, presented the graduates to the capacity audience of parents, families and friends Mrs Millie Carpenter, president of the Committee on Christian Education awarded the children with their diplomas. I)r George \\ Kincke. senior pastor of Covenant Bible Church, presented each child with a large print New Testament and Psalms as a gilt, from the school lit M\<; THE program the children demonstrated the skills they had learned during the school year I Croup singing and the ' recitation of pin-try and Bi bio Memory vors«*s were interspersed with readings by each student The Kindergarten program at Heritage is designed to give the children a firm foundation in the basicreading and arithmetic skills as well as classes in Bible, science, penmanship, music, gym and art The students this year averaged in the !»2nik percentile nationwide </ their Metropolitan Achiewmenl Test scores ••ocr goal is to en courage the children to use
