STONE HARBOR - The I Wetlands Institute will I again bring sun. fun, and I science to elemenI tary/middle school I teachers this summer with I its unique "Kaleidoscope of I Science" courses. Space flight, satellite imI agery, space careers, I wildlife studies, marsh and I beach ecology, physics, I geology, chemistry, environmental studies, and science career options will all be explored by a variety of instructors, ranging from academic scientists to artists to representatives of publishing firms. Participants can earn either graduate or undergraduate credits for the courses as they learn. PRESENTATIONS by NASA will be a highlight of the program Other outstanding contributors will be from the NewJersey Science Teachers Association, the Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences, the NewJersey Department of Environmental Protection, Atlantic Electric, the Philadelphia Zoo, Rutgers University. Stockton State College, the Civil Air Patrol, and others. Sessions will focus on activities rather than lectures. and will provide participants with new informa-

tion in the sciences as well as with a review of the "basics". , CLASSES ARE informal, and are conducted in the Wetlands' Marsh-View Hall, with its striking panorama of marsh and wildlife. Field trips to the marsh and beach will be special highlights of the program. Other trips include a visit to an electrical generating plant, a rare opportunity to see how electricity is created. Question: Not Who But How CAPE MAY - Mid At Ian tic Stage will open its third summer of professional theatre with a moderndress production of Frederick Knott's drama of suspense. Dial "M" for Murder The first production of the 1985 season. Dial "M" will premiere July 1. As theatre-goers will disocver. the mystery in Dial "M" for Murder is not "whodunnit." but "how did he do it?" Complete with hidden clues and surprise plot twists, this stylish thriller will baffle and delight any amateur detectives in the audience DIRECTED BY Gary Benson, the MidAtllantic Stage production includes an area actress in the key role of the Inspector. The rest of the case features professional actors and actresses from New York and the Mason Gross School of Arts at Rutgers University. John J Burke returns for his third season as MidAtlantic Stages producing director. Dial "M" will be joined in repertory by The Pas sion of Dracula July 10 and The Heiress July 23. All three shows run through Labor Day on the grounds of the Emlen Physick estate. Washington Street. AUDIENCE MEMEBERS can bring . lawn chairs and blankets, or rent chairs for a nominal fee.
