SIC Methodist Plans Concerts

SEA ISLE CITY - A summer ministry of music will be conducted by the Sea Isle City Methodist Church through a series of Christian concerts on the boardwalk and the church parking lot. The schedule of concerts # follows: Sunday evenings at 7 on the boardwalk at John F. Kennedy Boulevard: JULY 7 — Robin Bourguignon, a senior at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, majoring in

music education. She is presidently soloist at the Neshaminy-Warwuk Presbyterian Church in Hartsville, PA. July H _ Kristine Streithoff from Bridgeton, a former singer with Osborne Plus now doing concerts on her own. July 21 — Voices of the Master, two men and three women from the Glassboro

area who present Christianb music ranging from traditional to contemporary. July 28 - Barry Plummer and Carla Meadows are seniors at Glassboro State College. They have performed with the Sounds of Hope and as a musical team for several years. August 4 — One Way Express, Blue Grass gospel from the South Jersey area ; the blue-grass sound to gospel music through guitar, bango, mandolin, and dobro. SATURDAY EVENING Concerts on the church parking lot - JFK Boulevard. 7:00 p.m. Bring a lawn chair. Volleyball games will preceede the concerts at 6. August 10 - Cornerstone, a male group of seven, with a program of music and witness. August 17 — Beverly Galluci who was preparing for a career in opera at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia when she felt called to use her talents in a Christian music ministry. August 24 - Sounds of Hope is a choral group representing Ranch Hope for Boys in AUoway.

Cape May 1st Presbyterian CAPE MAY - The First Presbyterian Church of Cape May will hold services 10:30a.m. Sunday. The Rev. Cass Shaw, pastor, will deliver the sermon. A social period will follow the service and a tolkback session will be held at 1 1 : 40 a.m. for those who wish to discuss the sermon with the pastor. Sunday School meets at 9:30 a.m. and an adult seminar program will be offered at the same time for parents and friends. Bible study is held 7:30 pm Wednesdays. The First Presbyterian, oldest church in Cape May. is situated at Hughes and Decatur Streets. 'Christmas ' Bazaar Set WILDWOOD - A Christmas in July bazaar and flea market will be held at the church hall and grounds of St. Simeon's Episcopal Church, 25th and Central Avenue, 9 a.m. -8 p.m. Monday, July 8, and 9 a.m. -4 p.m. July 9 and 10. The event will be sponsored by the Episcopal Church Women. It will include a barbequed chicken dinner 4 p.m. -6 p.m. Monday, July 9, and a luncheon platter Tuesday. Home made goodies also will be available.
