It is hereby determined that the parcels of real property set forth in Schedule "A" annexed hereto are not need 4 ed for public use 2 Said parcels of real property shall be sold at a public auction sale to be conducted by tbe Mayor of Lower Township at the Lower Township Municipal Hall. 2600 Bay shore Road.
