) Workshops Offered by Art League CAPE MAY / The Cape May County Art League will present workshops with Bill Hoin of Pennsylvania. Young people can come to a cartoon workshop Saturday. July 13 The Cartoon Factory is a basic workshop teaching various approaches to humorous drawing. The instructor will provide some paper and pencils but students who want more permanent drawings should bring a tablet and felt tip pens Young people 6-11 should come at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 and up from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. All students must register by July 11. There is a fee. ALSO. 1-3 p.m. Saturday. July 13. there will be a watercolor workshop on transparent watercolor processes. Students should bring their own watercolors and supplies. Some materials will be available. Students must register by July 11. A silkscreen workshop is scheduled Saturday. July 27. 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Materials are supplied, and students receive basic silkscreens and stencils. Students can bring as many T-shirts (cotton—cotton blend) as time permits. All supplies are provided by the instructor for a lab fee. There is a course fee and students must register by July 25. For more information, call 884-8628 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Rummage Sale SEA ISLE CITY - The Sea Isle City Yacht Club Women's Auxiliary will hold a rummage sale 9 a.m. Saturday at the club. 44th and Venicean Road. Costume jewelry, white elephant tables, used clothing, books, toys, linens and old furniture will be featured, along with a bake shop.
