Midlantic Stage Open For Season CAPE MAY - The 1985 MidAtlantic Stage season J[ias opened with the premiere of Dial "M" for Murder Monday. Also scheduled for performance on the outdoor stage this summer are The Passion of Draeula and The Heiress. BV the middle of July, all three .productions will be running in repertory, enabling theatre-lovers to enjoy three different shows each week. Dial "M" is a modernday drama of suspense Not a typical "whodunnit." j, it could rather be called a "how did he do it?" The stage thriller enthralled New York audiences for a straight 69 weeks. CAPE MAY'S own Adriana Warner stars as Inspector Hubbard, who finds the one small flaw in the near-perfect crime. Adriana has spent most of her life onstage and backstage. She is artistic director of the Jersey Cape Performing Ayts Guild, and an adjunct faculty member in Theatre at Atlantic Community College. This his her third - summer at the MidAtlantic Stage. Dial "M" will be joined in repertory Wednesday, July 10, by The Passion of Draeula. and The Heiress on July 23. All three shows perform twice a week through Labor Day. Donated baked goods are needed — cakes, pies, cookies, cup cakes, nonperishable foods, etc. Call 884-8830 to help with this fund-raiser. Coronation Of Queen Set Aug. 7 CAPE MAY - The city's 53rd Annual Coronation of Queen Maysea will be held 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, in Convention Hall. At this event the 1935 Cape May Baby Parade Queen will be crowned. She will be honored in the annual baby parade Friday Aug. 9. Registration deadline is Friday, July 5.
