Brown, son of Inez B and William J Brown of 572 Main St.. has arrived for duty in West Germany. Brown, a military police specialist with the 59th Ordinance Brigade, was previously assigned at Fort McClellan, Ala. He is a 1984 graduate of Middle Township High School. Picnic Lunch By Civic Club STONE HARBOR - The Women's Civic Club will have a patriotic picnic lunch noon July 16 at the club house, 96th Street and the Beach.
