Promenade Art Show CAPE MAY - The 21st Annual Historic Cape May Promenade Art Show will be conducted 10 a m to 5 p.m Fridaf. Saturday, and Sunday, with artists permitted to exhibit after official hours The show will consist of three divisions: professional. amateur and youth. There will be five judging categories: oil/acrylic, watercolors. graphics, sculpture and photography The general chairman is Mrs Mary Joyce, who has 15 years experience in that capacity. Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded to First. Second and Third places in each category, for the professional, amateur and youth divisions. In addition an engraved plaque and a $100 cash prize will be presented to the Best of Show winner Artists may register through Friday, July 12. First, second and third place winners will be selected in four categories, businesses; families, individuals: and groups. Prizes include trophies, gifts and awards The location is the ocean waterline at Lincoln Avenue. Judging by city officials will be at 4 p.m.. but sculptures can be started at any time.
