Jane Anne, to David DuBois Hoy, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard J. Hoy of Wilmington. De.. and stepson of Mrs. Anne Hoy of Wilmington. De. and Stone Harbor. Hoy is also the grandson of Mrs. William S. DuBois and the late Mr. William S. DuBois of Tenafly Miss Mackell is a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy and Dickinson College. She attendes the Villanova University School of Law and anticipate graduation in May. 1986. Hoy is a graduate of Hoosac Preparatory School and Darmouth College He is not president of the family retail business, B.J. Stores. Inc. The couple will reside in Stone Harbor A December. 1985 wedding is planned. New Head Of Records
SOMERS POINT - I Cheryl M. Fox has been named director of medical records at Shore Memorial Hospital here. A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a 1 bachelor's degree in health records administration, Fox has also been certified as a registered record
administrator by the American Medical Record Association. She served as the assistant dirctor of medical records here when she joined the Shore Memorial staff in March, 1984. She was the assistant director of medical records at York Hospital eight years.
Cold Spring Craft Show Labor Day
COLD SPRING - Historic Cold Spring Village will host a threeday crafts fair during the Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 31 through Sept. 2. Craftspeople from all over New Jersey will be taking part in this major event. Craft shows are the best place to find unusual
