The girls were bubbling with excitement about the Klub's innovative new aerobics exercise program which is scheduled to begin this week Fleeska asked me to join them at her table. "You see," said Fleeska. as she spooned up the last of her chocolate icecream." the members of HAWK have tried all the standard aerobics exercise programs, and. none of them worked." She wiped off her chins: "We even spent a month practicing Bo Derek's Erotic Aerobics but — Zilch! No one lost weight, and none of our husbands paid a bit of attention."
