Civic Club Art Show

STONE HARBOR - An art show sponsored by the Stone Harbor Women's Civic Club, will be held Sunday. Aug. 11. at the Clubhouse. 96th Stflfet and the Beach. There is no fee for entering but artists must register between 9:30 and 10:30 on that morning. The show will run from 11 a.m. lo 4 p.m. at which time Jack Fitzpatrick and the current Little Miss Stone Harbor will award the prize for Best in Show. Categories in the show will include oils, water colors, mixed media, acrylics, crafts and photography

Cocktails will be served I 4-6 p.m. for a small dona- I tion along with free hors d'oeuvres prepared by members of the club. Viki J Wear (368-1549) is chairman of the event, assisted I by Becky Bailey (368-1768) \ and can be called for further information.

Art Lottery Set Aug. 24 CAPE MAY - The Co. Art League is sponsoring an "Art Collectors' Lottery" Aug. 24. Donated works by invited artists will be on display and available for selection. David Gill, watercolor artist and contributing artist, won Tirst prize in the 1985 Boardwalk Art Show Some of the other artists are Ginny Masters. Catherine Monahan, Dorothy Truman-Repman, Bill Bell.
