CAPE MAY - "A Star Is Born", the 1937 classic directed by William ' Harp, Flute Candlelight Concert CAPE MAY - Karin Fuller, harpists, and Edward Schultz, flutist, will be the featured performers in the Chalfonte Hotel's "Concert by Candlelight" series Tuesday. Aug. 20. Fuller and Schultz are active performers of orchestra, solo and chamber music in the Philadelphia area. In their duo performances. their repertoire covers the spectrum from Renaissance to contemporary works. They appear frequently in concert together. Both are members of the Pennsylvania Ballet Orchestra and the Sequenza Contempprary Chamber Ensemble. Each performs solo recitals as well. There is a dinner/concert package available. Repertory Outdoors Is Popular CAPE MAY - En thusiastic audience members have been discovering the fun of out door theatre at Cape May 's MidAtlantic Stage Three productions are running in repertory through Labor Day: Dial "M" for Murder. The Passion of Dracula. and The Heiress Located on the grounds of the Etnlen Physick Estate, the MidAtlantic Stage provides the perfect location for a picnic dinner before or during the show. A pre- performance stroll through the estate's rose garden can add an additional romantic touch. Other patrons have been enjoying special dinners at local restaurants. Thanks to a new dinner-theatre package deal, dinner at the early seating at these restaurants includes a free ticket to the MidAtlantic Stage.
