Collectors Convene Aug. 21-25 I WILDWOOD - The National Association of Precancel Collectors will hold its 35th annual convention Aug. 21 through 25 at the Recreation Center, 243 E. Rio Grande Ave., here. ■ The usual Postage Stamp Exhibit, known as Precanex '85, will be held. The U.S. Postal Service has authorized a special. Post- | office for this Convention, I known as "Precanex Station, Wildwood. N.J. 08260. "The canceller simulates r a ship's porthole in an open 5 position.
