Survivors ' Bill Waits Full Vote COURT HOUSE - County Surrogate W. Robert Hentges announces that Assembly Bill 3688. spon sored by Assemblyman Joseph W. Chinnici. Rep. 1st. Dist. Cape May- , Cumberland, has been released for a full Assembly vote by the Assembly JudiciaryCommittee. The Assembly bill, spon sored by Chinnici and cosponsored by Assemblyman Giiy F. Muziani and 32 other Assembly persons, will eliminate the necessity for a surviving spouse who is a joint tenant or co-owner of bank accounts and other securities from filing any inheritance tax reports. The bill provides that the surviving^spouse will have immediate access to those jointly held accounts. Peach Festival AVALON - The First Methodist Church will hold its annual peach festival 6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, 34th Street and Dune Drive.
