OCEAN CITY - Ocean City's Miscellaneous Sun Tanning Tournament is for those who obtain their tans the old-fashioned way .. they earn them! The tournament, held this year for the 6th time, includes such categories as , "Best Left Arm Tan." for the driver who never gets to the beach but whose left arm perpetually dangles from the car or truck window. Then there's "Best Tanned Back of Neck." often won by brick layers or lumberjacks. THE "COUNT Dracula Division" is for the pale people, those who spend the summer working in offices or counting money at casinos. These types and many others will gather in Ocean City 1 p.m. tomorrow in front of the Music Pier. Boardwalk and Moorlyn , Terrace They will be judged by a group of nononsense working people headed by Clint Campbell, who has spent most of his life in the kitchen of a chicken take-out service and thus is an expert on hasting.
