THE LOCAL branch raised monies at its annual fashion show and raffle for AAUW Educational Foundation Program, which is used to help women further their education in the form of grants and fellowships, and for the Holy Redeemer Hospice Program. On hand to receive these gifts were Gayle Daniel (AAUW Educational Foundation Chair) and Holy Redeemer staff members. Sr Mary Anne and Marv Beth Walsh This year's President's Award given to the member who has done the most for the branch was given to Marilou Rochford. who served as membership vice-president. Quilt Show Sept. 6-7 OCEAN CITY - The 4th Hopefully Annual Quilt Show and Sale is scheduled for 10a.m. to7p.m.,Sept.6 and 7 at the city Sports and Civic Center. 6th Street and Boardwalk Proceeds will benefit the Ocean City Recreation department for use in youth programs and equipment purchases. Quilts will he on display frorii private collections in California. Indiana. Maryland and Ocean City.
