Debi Jones wants to make a million dollars. And she and her husband. Jim. have invented a game somewhat like Trivial Pursuit. except it's faster and different. They have quit their jobs and now spend all their time promoting the game — called GUGGE'. Why would an Ocean City High School graduate like Debi and her husband (who was a dealer in Las Vegas and AC) do something like this? Everybody has an idea, actually dozens of good ideas. Most people make a lot of money, not because they are creative, but because they are committed to an idea and keep working until they win. Now Jim and Debi are putting the game into stores and promoting it. j Strangely enough, you can't explain the game too well, you have to play it. The name was to be Guggenhiem (after the Jackie Gleason character) but after talking to their attorney. they decided to shorten it to Gugge'. No meaning, just a name that makes you wonder what it means. FAMOUS WHITER GAY TALESE (whose dreams came true) has been spending a lot of time in Ocean City. He's working on a new book. Obedience Classes Set CAPE MAY - A Dog Obedience Training Class co-sponsored by the city and the County Dbg Obedience Training Club will be held Tuesday evenings 8-9 in Convention Hall Sept. 10 through Oct. 29. The fall class is beginning sooner than usual due to the scheduled renovations and improvements to the hall which are to commence in late October.
