CAPE MAY — One of the high points of the city's Victorian Week will be in the Glorious Victorian Dinner and Concert, scheduled 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday. Oct. 12. The public is invited to attend. While dress is optional, guests are encouraged to appear in Victorian attire. A promenade of those in costume will form the grand finale of the affair. THE GLORIOUS Victorian Dinner and Concert will be held in the Christian Admiral Hotel, Beach Drive at Pittsburgh Avenue. Finished in 1908 in high Neo-classical style, the hotel contains Cape May s grandest interior spaces, complete with mar-

ble columns and stainedglass dome. Hors d'oeuvres and punch will be served in the spacious lobby, while the formal dining room will accommodate 350 guests for a buffet dinner. A GOURMET feast will be the centerpiece. Prepared by Creative Catering, the dinner's featured entrees will include stuffed tenderloin of beef and Empire Chicken a la Regence. After a first course of Carrot and Orange Soup, guests will also be able to choose from such enticing vegetable offerings as Green Beans au Beurre, Souffle of Spinach, Vegetables a la

Vinaigrette, and Dutchess Apples. This memorable dining experience will be capped by the serving of assorted miniature pastries, tartlets and bonbons, along with coffee and tea. THROUGHOUT the evening, entertainment will be provided by the H.B. Smith Cornet Band and "Rancocas Punch". Under the direction of Robert R.
