I Getting Physical WILDWOOD - The City will host an "Evening of the Physical Arts" Saturday. at the bandshell on the boardwalk.* The evening will consist of a special show beginning at 7:30 p.m. featuring three separate performances which include karate, break dancing and body building. They are all presented in a lecturedemonstration format so that the audience can understand the techniques behind each art. The champions Karate Team from Philadelphia will give a 45-minute demonstration that features the martial arts, including breaking blocks of wood and concrete. THE SECOND part of the program features the "West Street Rockers", a breakdancing team from the Pottstown, Pa., YMCA. The dancers, from 15-21 years old, are former instructors in the art of break dancing and have performed on TV's Dancin' On Air ' and at the Velodrome in | Pennsylvania. A body building I demonstration is the final I part of the program, which I will begin at 8:45 p.m I Bodybuilders from Atilis I 'Gym in Wildwood. as a I group, will go through the 1 "mandatory poses" which 1 arc an important segment I of competition. They will I then, individually, do their fl routines.
