Woodbine Center's Fallfest WOODBINE - The Woodbine Developmental Center will hold its annual fallfest 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Sept. 21, at the grounds on DeHirsch Avenue. In conjunction with the fallfest. the Kiwanis Club will hold a "Special Athlete Field Day". The events will be staged rain or shine. Attractions include games and amusements rides, plus a variety of edibles, such as knockwurst, hot dogs, chicken and ribs, sauerkraut, Bavarian waffles, cotton candy. snoiycones, and soda.
