By Libby Demp Forrest IT'S MIGRATION TIME. The birds are either coming or going. Some have left for winter; others have come for the winter. It's migration time too for the tourists. There aren't too many tourists who migrate here for the winter; most people prefer summer vacations hereabouts, but there are plenty of people who enjoy this area during autumn and winter weekends. It gets them away from the city, you know. * * « On every side, we see signs of the completion of Nature's immense program for - the season. Ripe pumpkins are starting to appear. It'll soon be time to get some corn shocks, pumpkins and Indian corn and make a nice arrangement at the lamp post or along the front of the house. A LOT OF PEOPLE say autumn is their favorite season, with all the vibrant colors to enjoy. We're partial to the cooler weather after summer's heat. * * * The Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah takes place on Monday, September 16, and Autumn will be making her debut soon after, on Sunday, September 22nd. It's harvest time, a good time for apple eating and apple pie baking. It's also a good time of year for relaxed dining. Here are some several places we especially recommend:
