Pet Parade Saturday CAPE MAY - The Cape May Kiwanis Club annual pet parade Saturday is open to all youngsters in the Cape May and Lower Township elementary schools. Prizes will be awarded for the best entries in every category, which includes dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits, turtles — any other pets the children may have. There will be special prizes for the best decorated bicycle and doll carriage. CONTESTANTS and parade entrants should be at the Cape May water tower by 10 a.m. for judging. The parade will begin at 11 o'clock, proceed on Washington Street, through the town and return to the water tower. Kiwanis will provide parade marshals to insure the safety of children and pets. Registration forms are being provided to the schools.
Watercolor Exhibition STONE HARBOR - A reception will be held 7-9: 30 p.m. Friday at the William Ris Galleries, Second Avenue at 94th Street, to open an exhibition of watercolors and acrylics by Richard E. Christian «f ! Litchfield, Conn. The reception will provide an opportunity to meet the artist. The exhibition will continue through Oct. 1. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. -5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 10-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
