To Protect Handicapped r On Parking COURT HOUSE - Committeeman Charles Leusner has announced that a concerted effort is underway to control violations of parking spaces for the handicapped located in shopping centers in Middle Township. Parking spaces are made available for persons displaying handicap or disabled veterans' insignias on their license plates. Other cars and their operators will be ticketed ^ for not observing these I regulations.
