CAPE MAY - This Nal tional Historic Landmark City will celebrate a por1 tion of its heritage with an all-day Captain Mey's Founder's Day Celebration Saturday. Sept. 28. This local holiday honoring Dutchman Captain Cornelius Jacobsen Mey for his founding of Cape May in i *1621 will be celebrated by a slate of events cosponsored by the city and the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May. I BEGINNING at 9 a.m. j the Second Annual i Beachfront Run (4.4 miles) 1 will start and finish at Coni vention Hall.
