' Adults Get City Class ' In Ballet CAPE MAY - A new dance class. Ballet For I Adults, is part of the city's " fall recreation schedule. In this class, participants will combine complete body toning with a study of basic and inter-mediate elements of ballet. This program will be taught by Elizabeth Scattergood, who studied ballet in New York City with Mme. Chamee of the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo and more recently at the Ballet Studio in Philadelphia. This class will be held at the Franklin Street Civic Center Thursdays 8-9 p.m. More information on the class, which starts Oct. 3, can be obtained by calling the Department of Civic Affairs at 884-8411, ext. 20 or 27.
