There is now a local place where clients can exercise their way to better health BODY MECHANIX at 130 Park Ave. here celebrated its grand opening recently. Run by long-time local residents Irene Zinkewich and Jeannie Monge. BODY MECHANIX offers a variety of exercise and aerobic classes for all ages. FEATURED classes include a total FitnessWeightloss program which allows one to start at level one and work up to level three. Also offered is a Friday Fitness Class which is 40 minutes of aerobics guaranteed to get feel moving and blood pumping Also offered is Mousercise for ages 3 and up and the Senior Stretch program for those who want to work out at a more leisurely pace Classes will be given in Shiatsu, the Japanese art of acupressure used for stress management, relief of lower back pain, tired legs, headaches, various arthritic problems, muscle stimulation and physical therapy THESE WEEK I.
