SWAINTON - County MUA (Municipal Utilities Authority ) Chairman William F X. Band has sent letters of commenda tion to solid waste employes for their work during a busier-than-expected summer season. According to Band, solid waste personnel, during the three months prior to ID Plan Set For Children WII.DWOOI) With missing children con slituting a serious national concern, a program to pro vide easy identification of children, to come effective Oct. l. has Ixt-n launched here with the cooperation of several local businesses Foxy Photos. Pacific and Garfield Avenue, will take free ID pictures of any child from toddlers to ll year-olds, between :t and 5 p.m weekdays. ALONG WITH the photo parents will receive a voluntary identification program folder with space to record other vital inhumation to help find and identify the child In addition, parents will receive instruction and materials to fingerprint children at home The entire program is free Cooperating in sponsoring the ID program are St aller "s Hardware.
