"I Midlantic Dividend up 8th Year EDISON - The board of directors of Midlantic Banks Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on Midlantic's common stock to $.31 per share from $.28 per share, an increase of 10.7 percent. The new dividend amounts to $1 .24 on an annualized basis. Robert Van Buren. Midlantic's chairman and chief executive officer, stated. "This is the eighth . consecutive year in which the common stock dividend has been increased, and we are pleased that Midlantic's shareholders are able to benefit from the company's continuing improv- ■ ed performance." The dividend on the common stock will be payable Oct. 15. to shareholders of record at the close of business Oct. 1.

— w Four Cape Salesmen Honored OCEAN VIEW - Four local sales representatives of Outdoor World's Lake and Shore Resort here were honored recently for their outstanding sales achievements Their cumulative total in new 1984 sales was in excess of $1 million. More than 700 sale representatives from Maine to Florida attended a two-day annual meeting recently at the firm's headquarters in Bushkill. Pa. Frank Giordano and Jim Carroll of Sea Isle City were awarded Outdoor World crests for sales over $300,000. WINNERS OF the Outdoor World blazer for sales in excess of $200,000 were Anthony Anzelone of Sea Isle City and Tim Bradley of Ocean City. The awards were presented as more than 700 Outdoor World sales representatives from 10 locations from Maine to Florida gathered for a national kickoff meeting at Fernwood Resort, Bushkill. Pa. Outdoor World's Lake and Shore Resort. Corson Tavern Road, was purchased in October 1981. and offers 392 campsites. The 162-acre park is located four miles from the beach.
