GOP Club Plans Gala

A V A L 0 N - Assemblyman Joseph Chinnici and Freeholder James Fitzpatrick will be guest speakers at the luncheon meeting of the Avalon Women's Republican Club noon Tuesday Oct. 15, at the Golden Inn. Cootiettes Plan Trips W1LDWOOD - Cootiette Club 643 is planning several bus trips as fund-raisers. The first of these is a Christmas shopping excursion to Willow Grove Mall Nov. 23, leaving the Wildwood bus terminal 9 a.m. with a stop at Jamesway in Court House 9:15. For information call 465-5539. The Cootiettes are also planning trips to the Show of Shows in February and to Ice Capades in March.

Carolyn is a water color I painter and Sally a boutique coordinator and both i are members of the Greene Countrie and Huntington Valley Garden Clubs. Waite has been a judge at the Philadelphia Flower Show as well as run the "nitches and pedestals" at the show, and both she and Humphries have run "rooms and tables" together. This summer, Carolyn was responsible for flower arrangements at the Stone Harbor Yacht Club. Rummage Sale In Wildwood WILDWOOD - The Wildwood Elementary Home and School Association will hold a rummage sale 9 a.m.-l p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19. in the allpurpose room at the Glenwood Avenue School. The sale will feature all sizes of clothing, toys, and miscellaneous household items. Visitors can use the Magnolia Avenue entrance.
