Dividend Up At Horizon MORRISTOWN - The board of directors of Horizon Bancorp, which includes Marine National Bank in Cape May County, has declared an increased dividend on its common stock of $0.32 per quarter (an indicated annual rate of $1.28). This 14.3 percent increase marks the ninth consecutive year that Horizon has increased the cash dividend on its Common Stock. The board also declared a quarterly preferred dividend of $0.61 per share (9.75 percent annualized yield calculated on the preferred stock's liquidation value of $25 per share > The record date for both dividends is Oct. 14. 1985 and the payment date is Nov. 1.
ACC Special Business Courses COURT HOUSE - In cooperation with the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce. Atlantic Com- • munitv College has set up two programs to assist local business people to improve economic and business conditions. The programs are The Small Business Development Center and The Business and Human Resource Center Courses, individual counseling and panel discussions on strategic issues in marketing, financing, training and planning, are offered by ACC this fall. In addition, members of the chamber will receive a special 10 percent tuition reduction for the ACC business courses.
